BEGINNERS COURSES

We believe that to make progression with aerial disciplines one needs to have some consistency of practice, at least in the beginning while you give your body the chance to build up on upper body and core strength.

This is why we suggest to take the 4 weeks beginners course, where you can gradually build up your confidence on the equipment and have a strong foundation of the basic moves and techniques which will allow you to progress further to the intermediate and advanced moves

However, aerial training is a great way to get fit and keep fit, and you can take the classes as a drop-in without joining the course, in a more flexible manner

3 - every week you will learn a new move, as well as aerial conditioning and flexibility training which will be a constant in every session

How to book:

 

You can buy credit on the online booking system by clicking the BOOK NOW button.
To reserve your space after you bought your credit, you have to book yourself onto your classes using the online system. Alternatively you can pay cash at the venue or by bank transfer.

Please note: your space will not be reserved until you create a booking on the online schedule.


ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you need to stop training due to an injury or illness, your credit can be put on hold for a maximum of two months from the date of suspension

Private training can be booked around your availability and is the best way to learn as the teaching can be personalised.

For new students, private instruction is a great way to learn the proper technique of basic moves in order to comfortably transition into group classes.

For experienced students, private sessions help deepen their practice and/or refine their routine. Sessions are customized to your level and ability depending on your desired goals.
